The Process
Building a home can be a long and confusing process, so we’ve kept our part of it simple.
1. Architects and Designers
Get us involved with your designer at the start and we’ll help them with all the details they need to design the building to suit our panel system.
2. Panelisation
Once concept plans are ready we can create a 3D model of the walls and create a panelised version and see if any changes are required. A quote can be provided and the engineering requirements can be determined. It also makes it easy to see if any changes can/should be made to maximise efficiency.
3. Final Plans
The same process is done for the final plans that have been engineered and will be used for construction. We will provide a full list of all panels, colour coded elevation layouts and an order form.
4. Ordering Panels
Once the final panelised design has been confirmed by you and your designer we start building the panels to have them ready for you chosen delivery date. We provide all screws, mesh and other materials required to assemble the wall system.
5. Delivery
Once the panels are ready for delivery we load them onto a truck and they will be delivered to your site. The way you are planning to unload the panels (e.g. forklift, telehandler, crane etc) will change the way we load them and ideally they can be unloaded from the truck directly to their location and assembled immediately.
